Hunt, Jr., has asked the North Carolina Courts Commission to investigate the jury selection process in the State of North Carolina and see if it excludes blacks and to see if bladks and other minorities are fairly represented in proportion to the population. Hunt's decision Tuesday came in the wake of comments he had made on j Monday that blacks must be better represented on the juries in North Carolina. Brant Hackney of the governor's press office said that the state's Human delations Council had been investigating the jury selection process for a period of some months and that Hunt feels that th? second in? vestigation by the Courts Commission, which is chaired by Rep. Parks Helms of Charlotte is necessary in order to assess the situation fairly. "One of the concerns For Elderly Twenty-four hour nursing care was found to be insufficient to meet the total needs of patients. On a given day a graduate nurse who had failed to pass the State Nursing Exan was observed passing out medications and doing treatments, the report stated, according to Ms. Milby.
